Certificate of Delegate Election Form
For the 2026 Annual Convention, you are asked to certify your delegation to the Secretary of the Convention by submitting this form no later than July 21st, 2026.
The Constitution of the Diocese (Article IV, Section 3 (a)) provides that each parish or mission within the Diocese shall be entitled to be represented by lay delegates according to the number of its communicants in good standing age 16 years or older.
The number of communicants in good standing is determined by using the most recent Parochial Report filed by the parish with the Diocese as of December 31 preceding the Annual Convention. An equal number of alternate delegates may be elected.
PLEASE NOTE: The submitter is the person completing this online form for your parish. You will need the name, preferred email, and preferred phone number for each of your delegates and alternates. When you choose your parish, the form will provide the number of adult communicants according to your 2025 Parochial Report and your number of your allotted delegates. If you have questions on the numbers provided, please contact Christopher Williamson, Special Assistant to the Office of the Bishop, at [email protected].
