EVENT FEE INFORMATION

Diocese of East Carolina Youth Event Fees are based on a variety of factors. $250 is the average cost per person for a 2 night event in 2026.

The Diocese of East Carolina also understands that the full fee may be cost prohibitive for some participants. There is a discount of $70 available to anyone who needs it. When registering please use the coupon code: TIER3. This code is case sensitive.

Money should never be a reason young people do not participate in a Diocesan Youth Event. Scholarship funds are ALWAYS available for young people who need them. Should you need additional scholarship funds do not hesitate to ask. However, PLEASE reach out Emily Gowdy Canady at Diocesan House BEFORE completing your registration.

Registration Options

Important Participant Registration Information

Ensuring that housing for young people at events meets Safe Church standards, spaces are limited across all registration options.

If the registration option you would like to select indicates a Waitlist, it DOES NOT necessarily mean your young person will not be able to come to Fall Conference. We would suggest proceeding with registration as waitlisted individuals will be moved to registered in the order they were received. As we calculate housing more than likely a space will open up and your young person will be moved off of the waitlist!

Youth Participant: A middle schooler or the equivalent of a 6th-8th grader.

Adult Participant: An adult who participates with young people from their parish.  **ALL Adults must have an up to date satisfactory Background Check and have completed the appropriate Safe Church Safe Communities training no later than September October 8, 2026.

If you have a question regarding housing at Fall Conference, please Contact Emily Gowdy Canady.
